i spent the majority of my last day 

in california

looking into this amazing little face 

watching him dance 
and run
and laugh

and slide down the playground slide 

over & over again

i was showered

all day

with the sweetest

smiles

and

hugs & kisses

this is love

at its truest

at its deepest

at its best
